Dell Completes Wyse Technology Buy

Round Rock-based Dell said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Wyse Technology, the maker of thin client hardware for the virtual desktop market. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. Dell said it will combine Wyse's capabilities with its existing desktop virtualization offerings. Wyse develops thin terminals used to provide cloud-based virtual desktop access. The deal had been announced in April.
