Convio Signs Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Austin-based Convio, which provides software-as-a-service for nonprofits, has signed the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JRDF), a prominent diabetes nonprofit, as a customer. According to Convio, the JRDF is using its product for constituent relationship management (CRM), online marketing and fundraising, and special events, including its national headquarters and all chapters. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Convio offers up its software on a subscription basis to nonprofits.
