Click Forensincs Wins Text Ad Firm

Austin-based Click Forensics, a provider of services for detecting click fraud and improving online advertising quality, said today that it has signed on text-based advertising firm Affinity. Click Forensics said that Affinity will be using its services for all of its advertisers, publishers, and partners. Financial details behind the win were not disclosed. Affinity is a subsidiary of Hostway, and provides text-ads and related advertising services. Click Forensics is backed by Sierra Ventures, Austin Ventures, Shasta Ventures and Stanford University.
