Chronos Solutions Buys Cogent Road

Frisco, Texas-based Chronos Solutions, a provider off real estate finance services, said late Monday that it has acquired mortgage technology developer Cogent Road. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Chronos said the buy will allow it to expand its suite of products and services for mortgage lenders. Chronos was advised by Holland & Knight LLP; Cogent Road was advised by Stinson Leonard Street LLP and Berkery Noyes.
