Chronos Solutions Acquires UPF Services

Coppell, Texas-based Chronos Solutions, a provider of financial services and technology for the real estate sector, has acquired UPF Services, the companies said on Friday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Chronos also has recently acquired such firms as RealtyBid.com, Cogent Road, and Commerce Title and Closing Services. Chronos is led by CEO Matt Martin.
