Catapult Systems Expands In Seattle

Austin-based IT consulting firm Catapult Systems said today that it is expanding in Seattle, and will open up a new business unit in that city. The company said the office is its first to come out of its merger with ChinaSoft International, which had been announced in November. Catapult Systems focuses on Microsoft consulting and systems integration services. ChinaSoft paid $41.0M plus earnout for Catapult.
