Campusware Merges with SchoolNet

San Antonio-based grading software publisher Campusware has merged with education technology firm SchoolNet Inc., SchoolNet announced Tuesday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to SchoolNet, the strategic merger will allow both companies to enhance their products and services. Based in New York City, SchoolNet is a privately held company that publishes the Instructional Management Suite, an efficiency and productivity application for large school districts. Campusware's best known product is GradeSpeed, a web-based grade book that that also offers attendance reporting, scheduling, parental access and online reporting.
