CONEXIS Acquired By WageWorks

Irving, Texas-based CONEXIS, which provides employee benefits administration services to employers, has been acquired by WageWorks, WageWorks said this morning. Financial terms of the all-cash deal were not announced by the companies. CONEXIS was previously a part of The Word & Brown Companies. WageWorks said the buy would help strengthen its position in the market. CONEXIS will continue to operate out of Irving.
