Boardroom Unveils Updated Equity Management Software

Boardroom Software Inc. has released Equity Enterprise 2007, its latest and largest enterprise application for entity, capital and corporate equity administration, the company announced Wednesday. The updated version offers several new features, including performance-vesting configuration and tracking, system-wide search and query capabilities, grant expense management reports, and expanded grant valuation and expense management. Based in Dallas, Texas, Boardroom develops enterprise equity management software for public and private businesses.
