Bazaarvoice Targets Apparel Retailers
Austin, Texas-based Bazaarvoice, a provider of online word of mouth marketing software, said today that it has added a new sliding rating scale for its customer. The new tool allows shoppers to rate products on a sliding scale, instead of 5-star ratings. Bazaarvoice manages a hosted service that allows retailers to add customer ratings and reviews.
