BMC Software Expands Australian Win

Houston-based BMC Software Inc. revealed Tuesday that a regional Australian governmental agency has expanded its commitment to BMC's Remedy IT Service Management suite. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to BMC, the New South Wales Department of Education and Training, which provides public education and training to students of all ages throughout Australia's oldest and most populous state, already uses BMC's Remedy Service Desk and Change Management solutions.
