BMC Software Buys Coradiant

Houston-based BMC Software said this morning that it has acquired Coradiant, a developer of data center monitoring software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. BMC said it will be offering up a new product based on Coradiant's software, called BMC End User Experience. Coradiant was based in Poway, California, and venture backed by DCM-Doll Capital Management, Desjardins Capital Management, GrandeBanks Capital, and Miramar Venture Partners.
