Austin Ventures Completes YRC Logistics Buy

Austin Ventures has completed its acquisition of YRC Logistics, a unit of YRC Worldwide, according to the firm. The deal was worth approximately $38.7M. YRC Logistics was based in Kansas, and provided international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation management, truckload services, and dedicated warehouse and fulfillment services. The deal had originally been announced in June.
