Austin Firm Rolls iPad Fitness App

Austin-based TRAIN IN SYNC, a new firm linked with A&E "Heavy" TV star David Richardson, said today that it has launched a new, iPad fitness application. The firm said that the app, Cardio Escape 2011, provides fitness training and coaching with voice motivation from Richardson. Currently, the app includes running or biking trails in Texas, videos of which are displayed on the screen as users jog on their gym treadmill. TRAIN IN SYNC said the various videos were filmed in the "most beautiful scenery in the hill country". The firm said the app was designed by Austin-based Bohemian Innovation, a mobile and startup design firm headed by Albert Swatner.
