Austin Canoe And Kayak Launches Mobile App

Austin-based outdoor retailer Austin Canoe and Kayak has launched a new iPhone and iPod Touch application, courtesy of Austin mobile brand application developer Phunware. According to Austin Canoe and Kayak, it has launched the ACK Kayak Launch Points App for the iPhone and iPod Touch, which provides more than 14,000 marked kayak and canoe launch points. The application allows users to rate and find launch points, and share them with friends via Facebook, Twitter, or email. Austin Canoe and Kayak said the app is available on the Apple iTunes App Store for $1.99.
