ApartmentRatings.com Acquired By Internet Brands

Austin, Texas-based ApartmentRatings.com has been acquired by a Los Angeles, California-based Internet firm. Internet Brands, which operates CarsDirect.com and other consumer web sites, said today that it has acquired ApartmentRatings.com, but did not disclose terms of the deal. ApartmentRatings is an online site that reviews and rates apartments nationwide. The site was founded in 2000 by Jeremy and Katie Bencken.
