Amvensys Completes Intelliverse Buy

Dallas-based Amvensys Telecom Holdings said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Voicecom Telecommunications, which does business as Intelliverse. Intelliverse provides communications services in the business to business market, including voicemail, interactive voice response systems, and other products. Amvensys said it acquired Intelliverse from Global Equity Capital. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
