American Airlines Hit By Computer Glitch Thursday

Fort Worth-based American Airlines was hit with a major computer glitch on Thursday, which grounded a number of its flights and delayed flights nationwide. According to American Airlines, the issues came due to a "network connectivity" issue, which affected both its website and airport check-in counters. American did not provide further details on its network connectivity issues. The issues, in particular, had affected flights at DFW, ORD, and MIA, and according to American were resolved by 10:14AM Thursday morning.
