Allegro Development Buys JustCommodity

Dallas-based Allegro Development, the developer of software used to manage commodities, said very late last night that it has acquired JustCommodity, a Singapore company focused on agriculture commodity trading and risk management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Allegro said that JustCommodity had 80 employees in Asia. The company said that the acquisition specifically helps it solidify its position in the power, utility, and oil market.
