Alert Media Raising $4M

Austin-based Alert Media, a developer of mass notification and emergency notification systems, is raising $4M in a Series A-1 funding round, the company disclosed Tuesday. The funding--which is still in progress--is being led by Silverton Partners and ATX Seed Ventures. Alert Media is led by CEO Brian Cruver. The company's tools are used to provide mass notification for companies, schools, government, and others. More information »
