Alert Logic Expands Board

Hosted IT compliance and security software publisher Alert Logic reported today that it has appointed Vince Rossi to its board of directors. The Houston-based firm described Rossi as a security industry veteran with more than 15 years of private and public experience. Most recently, Alert Logic noted, Rossi has served as chief executive officer of St. Bernard Software, a publicly traded Internet security company. He has also held positions as senior vice president of product management and product marketing for McAfee and executive vice president and co-founder for Entercept Security Technologies, which McAfee acquired, Alert Logic said.
