AirStrip Partners With Vivify Health

San Antonio-based Airstrip has linked up with Plano's Vivify Health, in a partnership around physician and home-based care. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The two said that they will develop a way to share data between their products, to help bridge teh gap between hospital-based, physician care and home-based care. AirStrip's mobile tools are used to help physicians access clinical data and patient information via mobile devices; Vivify's systems are used to monitor and engage with patients at home and to provide remote care. The two said the link is aimed at reducing readmission rates for hospitals.
