Active Power Snags $6M In Orders

Austin-absed Active Power, a developer of backup power systems, reported today that it has scored another $6M in orders for the firm's PowerHouse backup power systems. Names of the customers involved were not disclosed. The firm said the orders represent more than 4.5 megawatts of power capacity, and came since August of last year.
