Accuro Healthcare Solutions Buys TPMS

Dallas-based Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a provider of Internet-based, billing and reimbursement software, said Monday that it has acquired TPMS, Inc., based in Framingham, Massachussets. TPMS is ap rovider of contract management services for the healthcare industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Accuro Healthcare Solutions, TPMS will remain in Framingham.
