ASSET InterTech Acquires Irish Firm

Richardson-based ASSET InterTech, a firm which sells boundary scan testing equipment for the semiconductor test industry, said today that it has acquired international Test Technologies (ITT), based in County Donegal, Ireland. ITT is a supplier of processor emulation technology used for boundary-scan applications. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ITT's products are used for JTAG/IEEE 1149.1 testing, which is used for testing of semiconductors, circuit boards, in a variety of design and manufacturing processes.
