ACS Wins Contract from State Comptroller

Dallas-based business process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services revealed today that it has received a services contract from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to ACS, it will assist the Comptroller's office in its mission to locate the rightful owners of more than $1 billion in unclaimed property. ACS said its Unclaimed Property Clearinghouse will provide the Comptroller with project management and direction, assistance in locating property owners, supplemental claims processing and call center services.
