ACS Completes ExcellerateHRO Buy

Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of ExcellerateHRO. The deal had been announced in May. ACS said the buy will help it provide capabilities in the HR areas of consulting, benefits administration, HR outsourcing, and learning services. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. ACS is a unit of Xerox.
