Zenoss Names Stock To Chairman

Austin-based IT software developer Zenoss said Tuesday that it has named Greg Stock, the company's CEO, as Chairman of its board. Stock has been CEO of Zenoss since June of 2014; he previously had been an EIR at Austin Ventures, and also served at Macheen, Manugistics, Vastera, Mirage Networks, and Vovici. Zenoss said that the company has seen its sales accelerate sharply since bringing in Stock, seeing 74% increases in sales in its third quarter, and 105% increase in its fourth quarter. The company develops IT monitoring and management software aimed at the enterprise market and both physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure.
