WhiteFence Adds Call Center Services
Houston, Texas-based WhiteFence, a provider of online comparison shopping services for home services, said Friday that it has integrated an online and call center solution to its platform. The company, which helps consumers connect with utility providers, said that it has incorporated offline call centers from AT&T, Verizon, Nicor Gas, and others. The firm said that it now has more than 100 full time phone representatives, in addition to the company's web site. WhiteFence is backed by Adams Street Partners and Internet Capital Group.
