VizionWare Raising Series BAustin, Texas-based VizionWare is in the midst of raising a Series B funding, according to a regulatory filing filed by the firm. Private Equity Week is reporting that the firm has secured $8.2M out of a $14.2M Series B; VentureWire said that the round is open as the firm waits for an outside lead. VizionWare develops audio/video digital interconnects and cabling, and has previously received venture capital from Access Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Interwest Partners, Markpoint Venture Partners, Novus Ventures, Timeline Ventures and others. posted on Friday, August 31, 2007 (Link to more information)
