Austin-based VizionWare has filed for bankruptcy, according to a filing by the firm Friday. According to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, VizionWare had liabilities of $788,139 and assets of $560,376. VizionWare developed audio/video digital interconnects and cabling, and was venture backed by Access Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Interwest Partners, Markpoint Venture Partners, Novus Ventures, Timeline Ventures and others.
