Valify Finds $2M For Healthcare Benchmarking Software

Frisco, Texas-based Valify, a developer of cost and financial management software for healthcare companies, has raised $2M in a Series A funding round, the company announced this morning. The round was co-led by Frist Cressey Ventures and Step 5 Capital, and also included its un-named, existing investors, according to the company. The company said the funding goes towards its research and development, as well as plans to more than double its employee base. Valify develops software which help healthcare organizations improve and manage their financial operations, including helping those organizations benchmark their spending against their peers.
