Dallas-based Tyler Technologies revealed Thursday that it has signed up a contract with three Pennsylvania counties. According to Tyler Technologies, those three Pennsylvania counties--Lawrence County (New Castle), Franklin County (Chambersburg) and Somerset County (Somerset)--will implement its Pension Management solution. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Tyler Technologies said the contracts include software licenses, related professional services, maintenance and support.
