Tyler Technologies Drives Into School Bus Software

Plano-based government software developer Tyler Technologies is expanding into the area of software for school buses, saing today that it has launched a new product called Tyler Drive. The company said its new software and hardware product provides school buses with turn-by-turn directions of school routes; ensures drivers stop at all the stops they are supposed to; manages student ridership and employee timekeeping; and also handles pre- and post-vehicle inspections.
