Dallas-based Tyler Technologies said this morning that it has acquired EnerGov Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for permitting, land management, licensing and more for government agencies. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. EnerGov was headquartered near Atlanta, and had been founded in 2002. Tyler Technologies said it has hired EnerGov's entire employee base, including founding partners and key management.
