Multi-player, online games firm True Games Interactive is moving its headquarters in Austin, the firm said this morning, on the heels of the hiring of Mick Giles as its Chief Technology Officer. According to firm, it has appointed Giles, the former Sr. Director of Online Operations for North America & Asia, and Sr. Director of Technology for Elecronic Arts, as its new Chief Technology Officer. The firm said the move to Austin came as a result of a heavier focus on its game development and talent pool in the area. True Games was previously based in Irvine, California, and already maintained an Austin development office.
