Trend Micro Offers Up $10,000 Prizes For Internet Film
Dallas-based cybersecurity software developer Trend Micro announced Tuesday afternoon that it will award two, $10,000 prizes in a contest, one to an individual film-maker and another to a K-12 school, for describing "What Does the Internet Mean To You?" and promoting that film via social media. The contest, part of efforts to support Safer Internet Day, invites schools and individuals in the U.S. and Canada to share their personal experiences and thoughts on what the Internet means to them, both now and in the future. Entries must be submitted by May 9th.
