Travelocity Business Adds Web Chat Support
Southlake, Texas-based Travelocity Business, the offspring of Travelocity which provides corporate travel management services, said today that it has launched a new, one-on-one web chat service. The company said that the new service allows users to gain the personal interaction and immediate service of an agent, when they are booking travel on the site. Travelocity Business said the new feature, TBiz Chat, features a "one-on-one" experience as opposed to an agent participating in multiple chats at one time.
