The Data Center, a Grapevine, Texas-based provider of consulting services for the banking industry, has been acquired. According to Wisconsin-based Fiserv, it acquired The Data Center from Compass Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. TDC provided consulting services and was a reseller of Fiserv's banking software. According to Fiserv, it is acquiring all of the assets and contracts of The Data Center, and the 30 employees of the firm will become employees of Fiserv. TDC served customer in the Dallas and Rio Grande Valley.
