Dallas-based Telligent, which supplies social collaboration software for the enterprise, said Monday that it has acquired Leverage Software, a developer of enterprise social networking tools. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Telligent said that Leverage founder Joe Kleinschmidt joins the company as Vice President of Cloud Products. Leverage Software was based in San Francisco.
