Teladoc Gets $50M More

Dallas-based Teladoc, which provides telemedicine services, said Tuesday that it has raised $50M in a new funding round. The funding was led by Jafco Ventures, and also included FLAG Capital Management, Greenspring Associates, Mellon and QuestMark Partners, and prior investors Cardinal Partners, HLM Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, New Capital Partners and Trident Capital. Teladoc said that it has doubled its revenue in each of the last two years. The company offers access to physicians via phone, the Internet, and mobile apps.
