Austin-based Tabbedout, the developer of mobile software which lets customer run and manage their tab at bars and restaurants from their smartphone, said today that it has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) product aimed at merchants. The firm said the new tool lets them send and track offers, keep track of customer preferences, and collect and respond to customer feedback. Pricing on the new software was not announced.
