Dallas-based Superior Global Solutions, a provider of technology and outsourced services to the medical documentation and coding industry, has raised $6M in a private equity funding. According to Tennessee-based Petra Capital Partners, it invested $6M in a combination of subordinated debt and preferred stock in Superior Global. Mike Blackburn and David Fitzgerald--both of Petra Capital--will join the board along with the funding.
