Plano-based Superior Global Softare, which is owned by healthcare outsourcing firm Superior Global Solutions, said Thursday that it has acquired the assets and business of HTI Technologies, a Georgia-based developer of medical documentation and workflow management software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Superior Global said it purchase "substantially all" of the assets of HTI, which it will use to add documentation and workflow management software to its suite of services.
