Capital Factory, moovel Team On Mobility Incubator In Austin

Austin's Capital Factory, and moovel North America, which is part of Daimler, said this morning that they have teamed up to create a new startup accelerator, called MobilityX. The two said the transportation technology accelerator will be based at Capital Factory, and will be aimed at aimed at fostering the growth of new mobility-as-a-service companies and companies aimed at the transportation sector. The two said the mobility and transportation focused startup companies in the new accelerator program will have access to experienced mentors from Capital Factory and Daimler executives. The two did not say how much moovel is investing to establish the new accelerator program at Capital Factory. Capital Factory is led by Joshua Baer.
