CyrusOne Added To S&P MidCap 400 Index

Dallas-based data center operator CyrusOne said this morning that it has been added to the S&P MidCap 400 Index, effective March 1st. CyrusOne said that companies selected for inclusion on the S&P's MidCap Index must have U.S.-based status, unadjusted market capitalization of between $1.4 billion and $5.9 billion, public float of at least 50% of shares outstanding, and adequate liquidity with an active secondary market. Inclusion in any number of stock market indexes generally indicate a level of maturity and consistency in companies for investors.
