StoryPress Debuts New App To Let Users Store, Capture Memories

Austin-based StoryPress, a mobile application developer focused on apps which help people create and share memories via audio, said today that it has launched its platform this morning. The startup, which is led by Mike Davis, said its new software lets users capture and archive stories as audio books. The app--which runs on iPad--lets users record and create audio storybooks, which includes cover images, titles, and more, all of which can be shared with others via social media. The startup said its app costs $9.99 from the Apple App Store, and that it is working on a Google Play version of the app. CEO Davis said that he created the company because he couldn't find a solution to help him record and save stories from his grandmother.
