Dallas-based Primcogent Solutions said this morning that it has acquired the assets of fellow, Dallas-based firm Santa Barbara Medical Innovations (SBMI). Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. SBMI owns the distribution rights to a body contouring laser, aimed at the fat reduction and aesthetic medicine market.
