    Mumboe Takes On Document Tracking

Austin-based Mumboe said today that it has launched its web-based software for managing corporate contracts. According to the firm, its new service will help businesses secure, track, and manage their contractual agreements. The software-as-a-service offering is available for a monthly fee. Mumboe's services allow customers to upload legal contracts and agreements into an online repository, and helps users track those documents based on renewal dates and other information. The company's services range from a free version with support for up to 10 agreements and three users; to an enterprise option for companies with more than 1,000 agreements to track.
