    Hoovers Buys Visible Path


    Austin, Texas-based business information publisher Hoovers said Wednesday it has acquired Visible Path, a Foster City, California-based service which helps people map out their business connections. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hoover's is owned by Dun & Bradstreet. Hoover's said it will launch a new service, Hoover's Connect, using Visible Path's technology. Visible Path's products are used to help find referrals into customers using a person's personal and business connections.
